MFB Fall Farm Tours Round-Up

by Fawn Rechkemmer on October 26, 2015

In September and October, Missouri Women Bloggers joined forces with the Missouri Farm Bureau to visit Missouri farms.  We learned a ton, made some new friends, ate great food, and had a blast.  Here are the blog posts from those tours so you can join in the fun!

Ashley Silverthorn from Show Me Ashley (pictured third from left above) showed us about what you can learn when you ask a farmer.

Gina Wamsley from Gina’s Craft Corner (pictured forth from left above) did a great overview of the tour.

Jennifer Allen from Faithful Homestead (pictured fifth from left above) shared great photos in her farm tour post.

Sarah Nord from Pen 2 Page (pictured at far right above) zeroed in on the farmers in her post.

Springfield Tour – October 9

This was a great trip! I hope they offer it to us again next year. My favorite part was the dairy farm. I have a soft spot for baby cows. :)

This trip was awesome. It would be a lot of fun to go on another one too!
