Foodie Friday – Parmesan Crusted Chicken

by Fawn Rechkemmer on October 17, 2014

Thursday October 9th is my dad’s birthday. For his birthday this year we decided to make dinner since it was a Thursday night. My mom decided that we should make him Parmesan Crusted Chicken.

Yum! I make my parm chicken with butter instead of mayo, and the breadcrumbs and cheese get combined to be coated on the chicken after dipping in buttah… how can you go wrong with ingredients like those???
