Thursday October 9th is my dad’s birthday. For his birthday this year we decided to make dinner since it was a Thursday night. My mom decided that we should make him Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
So what you need:
4 Chicken Breasts
½ cup Mayo
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Italian Dried Bread Crumbs
Mix your mayo, Parmesan Cheese, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Divide the mixture between each chicken breast and cover the chicken breasts completely.
Then sprinkle the Italian breadcrumbs over the top of the mayo mixture.
Place the chicken in a 425-degree oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Enjoy!
