Foodie Friday: Reuben Dip from … and I Don’t Like Onions

by Fawn Rechkemmer on January 17, 2014

Since the Super Bowl is less than three weeks away, we’re featuring a recipe that would make a great addition to your Super Bowl party menu.

I don’t know about you, but I’m already planning my menu for that evening. Being the lifelong foodie that I am, one of my favorite things about entertaining is deciding what food and drinks I’ll serve at any given get together.

At one point in time I printed each menu and filed it away at the back of one of my recipe binders. Come to think of it, I need to get back to that practice. Those menus are so fun to look back on years later!

Our recipe today comes from Missouri blogger Savanna, who blogs at … and I Don’t Like Onions.

I happen to love a great Reuben sandwich, even though I don’t get to eat them nearly as often as I’d like. So Savanna’s Reuben Dip caught my eye. I can just imagine how great that combination of ingredients smells and tastes when you pull it hot and bubbly from the oven!

So click on over and check it out. And while you’re at it, have a look at her Best Corn Dip Ever. It looks like a winner too!

Are you hosting a Superbowl party this year? Or attending one? Do you have any delicious party food on the menu for that evening?

Thanks for the feature! It does smell so good when it’s cooking in the oven… I made it for New Years and it was the first to go- followed by the corn dip!
